ABOUT ME

Welcome! I’m Chris Heick, founder of Heick Fitness. I fell in love with working out and Fitness at an early age and started lifting at age 11. I competed in my first bodybuilding contest at 16 in the Mr. Teen South Bend and fell in love with bodybuilding. Years later I found two other loves and started competing in powerlifting and the Scottish Highland strongman games. At 19 I became the manager and trainer at a gym and health food store my friend, Randy, opened up. He believed all people have the right to be healthy and shouldn’t have to go broke on over priced and sub-par supplements.

PRODUCTS

Personally designed supplements by myself for our success inside the gym and outside as well. For example, I have a few energy/pre-workout products to choose from so if one doesn’t work for you, or your body gets used to it,  you have other formulas to choose from. Other companies just have one formula and a dozen different flavors so if your body gets used to that formula you’re out of luck.

SEMINARS

My success has come from living the bodybuilding lifestyle and incorporating it in my daily life. The bodybuilding lifestyle doesn’t mean bulking up like Arnold or some powerlifter, it means building your body, your heart, and your mind all at the same time. The bodybuilding lifestyle teaches you to focus on your priority and blocking all distractions out so you can accomplishyour goal. For example, when you’re doing a set in the gym, you’re totally focused on your form and feeling the muscle work and if someone starts talking to you or bumps into you you stay focused and finish your set first instead of letting those outside distractions slow you down. It also teaches yyou how to make making better decisions a habit, find your motivation when you’re mentally drained and how to be a positive role model to others around you.
